Ryan Knight

Ryan Knight, Senior Athletic Trainer 

Ryan is a 2009 graduate of Greencastle-Antrim High School. He was a two-sport athlete, earning letters in soccer and baseball during his high school career. Ryan graduated from Liberty University where he obtained a B.S. in Athletic Training in 2013. In 2015, he completed his graduate studies from Lock Haven University, majoring in Sports Psychology. 

Ryan began his athletic training career as a graduate assistant at Bald Eagle Area High school for two years and was most recently the head athletic trainer at Bellefonte Area High School for the last six years. 
 
Ryan currently lives in Bellefonte with his wife Brooke and his three children, Kennedy, Palmer, and Campbell. 
 
Ryan takes pride in providing quality care for all of SCASD’s athletes, meeting not just their physical needs, but emotional and spiritual needs as well during recovery from difficult injuries.

Lauren Damiano

Lauren is originally from Dunmore, PA, where she played softball at Dunmore High School before transitioning to rugby in college. She attended Lock Haven University for both her bachelor's and master's degree.  Lauren's bachelor's degree is in Health Science Pre-Physical Therapy and Psychology, and she owns a Master's Degree in Athletic Training. 

 

The most enjoyable part of her job is getting to know the athletes and their families, and knowing that she is able to help them both on and off the field.

 

 
Dan Chase

Dan Chase

Dan is originally from Cato, NY, a small rural community in central New York near Syracuse.  Dan also attended Cato-Meridian High School and graduated in 1992. With an interest in helping others and being an avid sports fan, he chose to pursue the occupation of Athletic Training in college. Dan attended Mercyhurst College in Erie, Pa where he held the position of captain of their cross-country team.  He graduated with a bachelor of science degree in Sports Medicine with a concentration in Athletic Training in 1996.  From there, he went on to graduate school at Frostburg State University, MD.  In 1998, Dan then went on to obtain a Masters of Science in Human Performance. 
 
Dan enjoys helping the community and loves getting to know each athlete!
