Important Information for Families
- Evaluations week: August 12-August 16, 4:00-6:00 PM @ Circleville Fields (200 Little Lion Drive)
- Must register player in Family ID system
- Must have PIAA physical submitted
- Must have recent (within last 2 years) IMPACT BASELINE TEST on file
