• It is expected that all student-athletes will use the transportation provided by the school district to travel to and from athletic contests.
• The school district realizes that there are exceptions or extenuating circumstances that may make travel with family or friends more practical and desirable.

For Your Child or Household Member: Household Transportation Release Form for parents who are interested in providing alternative transportation to and/or from athletic events for their child or household member.

For a Non-Household Member: Non-Household Transportation Release Form for parents who are interested in providing alternative transportation to and/or from athletic events for a child who is NOT a household member.
