Booster Club FAQs
- We are…a group of parents and supporters who volunteer their time to the State College Area School District Boys’ Basketball programs in grades 7ththru 12th. We strive to make the basketball season as special as possible for the students, players, and coaches.
- We will…
- Support community service activities for our players and promote school spirit through various events.
- Provide all participants with appropriate snacks and healthy pre/post game meals, as needed. Approximately 40% of the booster’s annual dues support the cost of food.
- Organize and support end-of-season banquets and celebrations, along with support of local tournaments.
- Provide funds, through member dues and fund raising, to the programs to buy supplies and equipment which will enhance the program for the current year and the future.
How can I join?
- You can join as a family member of a player or as a friend of the program to support and volunteer. Simply fill out the form attached and submit with payment: Booster Club memberships are $80 for 7th, 8th, and 9thgrades and $180 for JV/Varsity teams.

How can I get involved?
The Booster Club works much like our teams, in that we need participation from everyone. We request that all player families volunteer for at least two shifts per player at Concessions. You just need a desire to make the season as special as it can be for the players and coaches. Volunteer for Concession stand on Sign-up Genius.
