Allen McGriff (Varsity Head Coach)

Coach McGriff is starting his eighth season coaching the Park Forest Middle School Boys Basketball Team and his fourth season as Varsity Head Coach. A New York City native, Allen moved to State College in 2007. He began coaching in 2014 for the YMCA and worked his way up to becoming an Assistant Coach for the Park Forest basketball team in January of 2018. Over the years, he has coached both boys and girls, anywhere from Kindergarten to the High School level. Coach McGriff believes that basketball teaches more than just competition and honing talent, but also to develop numerous life skills such as commitment, understanding and focus.

D'Andre Dixon (JV Head Coach)

Coach Dee is starting his second year coaching Junior Varsity for the Park Forest Middle School Boy's Basketball Team. Originally from New Jersey, D'Andre moved to State College in 2017. In his junior year, he played for the State College Area High School Boy's Basketball Team. After graduating in 2019, he decided to follow in his Uncle Allen's footsteps and become a coach. Being a former player for State High's basketball team, D'Andre looks to grow with his players and build his foundations in this program.
