Hydration testing information
The season is right around the corner and that means it will soon be time to certify for a weight class. Weight certifications will be held November 14th-18th from 4:30-6:30pm in the North (Delta) Athletic Training Room.
Tips for successful weight certification:

Make sure you are hydrated!! Drink a lot of water during the day to make sure you pass the specific gravity test.

Be as close to the weight you want to certify at as possible (hydrated). If you are close to the weight you are planning to wrestle, you will have a shorter descent period to get there, and if you have low body fat, you will have a better chance of passing.

If you know you will have a hard time certifying, come early in the week and try to certify, this way you will be able to retest on another day if you need to.
