Give Wrestling A Try Nights

2023 - 2024 State College Girls Wrestling Interest Form -- Please complete!

This survey has a few important questions including experience level, weight, which session you plan to attend, shirt size, etc.

The State College Girls Wrestling Team will be holding “Try-It Nights” over the next few weeks leading up to the winter season in the High School North Building wrestling room. No experience is necessary to participate, and all you need is workout-type clothing. (Please be sure to have a pair of socks!) 

These sessions will introduce you to wrestling and are intended to show basic wrestling techniques and provide a foundation/ understanding of the sport to help you decide if wrestling is something you would like to try this season. (We hope it is!) 

Final Date on Tuesday, November 14 - 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM - CANCELED! Please attend an open mat this week if you'd like to give wrestling a try!

We will be wrestling for approximately 1 hour and will be sure to save time at the end for you (or your parents) to ask any questions.
